If you are upgrading from PAM 2000+ to PAM QA, you will need to re-register your software. We recommend you backup your data before upgrading and try to install the upgrade during WA office hours to ensure a trouble free upgrade.
PAM QA introduces multiple batch numbers for consumables. If you are a user of PocketPAM, you will also need to update your PocketPAM software to take advantage of these new features. Remember to HotSync your data and do a backup before starting.
